Minks Custom Homes is proud to say we have committed to building 100% of our homes energy efficient according the EPA’s strict guidelines, thus earning the Energy Star® label.  Energy Star® qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than new homes built to the minimum code requirements.  All of our homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet the Energy Star® energy efficiency guidelines.  Our homes are better for the environment and better for you, your family, and your wallet!  Some of the benefits of owning one of our homes include:
